Mauritius 90 ("the app", "we") is a personal fitness and nutrition tracker. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your choices. We keep this deliberately simple because our approach is simple: your data is yours, we use it only to run the app, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.

Information we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for their own marketing, or use your health data for advertising.

Coaches

If you choose to connect a coach or personal trainer (by entering their invite code), you grant that coach read-only access to your progress — such as your logged meals, workouts, weight and adherence. This only happens when you actively connect, and you can disconnect a coach at any time from Settings → Coach & clients, which immediately revokes their access. Coaches can only ever see clients who have connected to them.

Where your data is stored

If you sign in, your data is stored securely in our cloud database (Supabase) and is only accessible to your account. If you do not sign in, your data stays on your device only. AI calorie estimates are processed by Anthropic (Claude) and are not retained by them for training.

Deleting your account and data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app: Plan → Settings → Delete my account. This immediately and irreversibly removes your account and all your logged data from our servers.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
